Preparing Leaders in STEM: Don Bosco Tech Learns Nanotech

Today, Omni Nano hosted a Nanotechnology workshop at the Don Bosco Technical High School, a school that aims to develop and prepare students to be leaders in STEM. The students participated in the usual hands-on interactive demos, and learned about how nanoscience is applied and how it is important. This dynamic learning approach is a crucial addition to help better prepare students for careers and higher education. Our hosting teacher mentioned that a nanotechnology course was offered in past, but somehow was discontinued because the curriculum was not fully developed. We look forward to partner with Bosco Tech to re-ignite the nanotechnology course, provide our curriculum, and collaborate with the teacher to create a great learning experience for their STEM and nanotechnology students.
